Parliament approves at first reading bill that launches healthcare reform

The Verkhovna Rada approved at first reading a draft law on state financial guarantees for the provision of healthcare services and medicines, which launches healthcare reform in Ukraine.
A total of 224 MPs registered in the session hall voted in favor of the bill, while 218 MPs voted for sending the document for second reading.
Later, Speaker Andriy Parubiy put the bill for voting again. A total of 227 MPs supported the document.
