Current "leaders" of so-called Donetsk People’s Republic and Luhansk People’s Republic Oleksandr Zakharchenko and Ihor Plotnitsky commit plunder of the territories under their control and are not interested in establishing peace in the region.
MP, former head of the Donetsk Regional State Administration Serhiy Taruta said this during a round table "The international transitional administration as a model for resolving the conflict in Donbas", an Ukrinform correspondent reported.
"There will be no peace with Plotnitsky and Zakharchenko, because their main task is to do business on war. They do not plan to create any independent territory. It is not Transnistria and Abkhazia and other conflicts that happened in the former Soviet Union ... and what is happening to the blockade it is for the sake of these leaders," he said.
According to him, the so-called Donbas blockade is carried out according to the scenario of these leaders and the Kremlin.
