No reasons for lifting sanctions against Russia - European Commissioner Hahn

European Commissioner for European Neighbourhood Policy Johannes Hahn states that there are no reasons for lifting sanctions against Russia.
He said this after the meeting of the EU Council of Foreign Ministers on February 6 in Brussels in an interview to "Radio Svoboda".
"The sanctions were imposed due to violations of the international law, and the situation has not changed yet," Hahn said.
According to him, the future of sanctions against Russia depends on implementation of the Minsk agreements. "I do not see any reasons for the lifting of sanctions," he said.
