Normandy Four leaders agree to develop road map till November

Leaders of the "Normandy format" states have agreed to develop a "road map" of the implementation of the Minsk agreements till November.

President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko said this after the talks at the highest level in Berlin, an Ukrinform correspondent reports from Germany.

"The foreign ministers should approve the framework of the road map at the meeting by the end of November. Today we have determined the basic directions it should contain," the Ukrainian President informed.

After preparation at the expert level, the document will be adopted at the ministerial level, and then will be signed by the leaders. It will include a whole range of issues – security, political and humanitarian ones.
