Verkhovna Rada dismisses over 500 judges

Ukrainian MPs approved five resolutions on the dismissal of over 500 judges. The majority of parliamentarians voted on relevant resolutions No.4697-2, No.4697-3, No,4697-4, and No,4697-5, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
According to Chairman of the Committee for Legal Policy and Justice Ruslan Kniazevych, the general number of dismissed judges totals over 500. Most of them submitted letters of resignation, some judges reached retirements age, and some resigned for health reasons.
