Poroshenko congratulates President of Singapore on Independence Day

President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko has congratulated President of the Republic of Singapore Tony Tan Keng Yam on the occasion of the Independence Day.
This has been said in the congratulation letter of the Head of State.
"On behalf of the Ukrainian people and myself I congratulate you on the National Holiday of the Republic of Singapore - the Independence Day," reads a greeting.
Poroshenko noted that Singapore is a highly developed country and an influential player on the world stage. He expressed belief that this country would continue to make a significant contribution in maintaining peace and regional and global stability.
