Law on civil service enters into force

On May 1, the law on civil service entered into force, which gave a start to the reform of public administration system.
The document defines the principles for provision of "public, professional, politically impartial, effective civil service, which is focused on state employees, who work in interests of the state and society."
According to the law, the admission to civil service positions will occur only on a competitive basis, which eliminates any corruption mechanisms.
At the same time, a transparent model of payment for work is developed based on European experience.
