Russian prosecutors have asked the court to sentence Ukrainian pilot Nadiya Savchenko to 23 years in a colony.
This is reported by RIA "Novosti" Russian news agency.
"I ask the court to sentence Savchenko to 23 years in a penal colony and the fine of 100,000 rubles," the prosecutor said.
Earlier, the prosecutor asked the court to find Savchenko guilty only of the deaths of two Russian journalists and illegal crossing the border, having removed the episode with an alleged attack on civilians in Luhansk region.
