The issue of number of Ukrainian MPs will not be considered during the process of the Ukrainian parliament reforming.

Ukrainian Verkhovna Rada Chairman Volodymyr Groysman said in an interview with 112 TV Channel.

"We have not discussed this issue, because this issue concerns the constitutional reform, and it will be always very sensitive. In my opinion, to change the number of MPs in the parliament is possible, and I believe that many of the MPS will agree on this, but at present it is necessary to bring order to what is happening currently [in the country],” the speaker said, when asked about possible change of number of Ukrainian MPs during the Verkhovna Rada reforming.

He also stressed that at present the responsibility for attendance of plenary sittings and sitting of parliamentary committees by MPs should be introduced.
