Honorary Consulate of Latvia opened in Chernihiv

This is reported by an Ukrinform correspondent.

"We open a new page in relations between Latvia and Ukraine with opening of the Honorary Consulate," said Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Latvia in Ukraine Juris Poikans.

Mr. Poikans noted that the Honorary Consulate of Latvia in Chernihiv was the third in Ukraine. The similar offices are already working in Lviv and Odesa. The fourth consulate is expected to be opened in Kherson soon.
