Poroshenko dismisses judge of Kyiv Economic Court

Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko has signed a decree on the dismissal of judge of Kyiv Economic Court, Yevheniya Kurkotova.
A relevant decree was posted on the President’s website.
“According to Clause 9 of Part 5 of Article 126 of the Continuation of Ukraine, I order Yevheniya Kurkotova be dismissed as a judge of Kyiv Economic Court as she has submitted a letter of resignation,” reads the document.
