OSCE observer from Russia admits he is a Russian intelligence officer

He told reporters, according to a TSN TV news report.

"My name is Udovichenko Maxim, I’m an official OSCE observer. I have served in the Russian armed forces. I, a special operations officer from the main Intelligence directorate. I’m a GRU officer,"  the officer said, noting that it was easy for him to join the international mission. He only had to register with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and be interviewed. Neither Ukraine Foreign Ministry nor the SBU did not find hadn’t detected that an applicant candidate was the Russian intelligence officer.

The undercover secret agent turned observer also said that the Russian occupation army has left the eastern Ukraine, focusing on the war in Syria: "The whole armada has left. We all went to Syria. It’s up to you now to deal with those pro-Russian rebels."
