Smugglers ship goods to blockaded Crimea by sea

"Huckster began to smuggle goods into Crimea by sea through the Kherson region. Today, we were told that trucks drove up to the sea to be unloaded. Sea boats and other light vessels are loaded and dispatched to the Crimean peninsula," a statement said.

According Savchuk, activists, will monitor the sea boats and attempt to intercept them.

Earlier, the Commissioner for the Crimean Tatar people under the President of Ukraine Mustafa Dzhemilev said that the goods to the blockaded Crimea have been shipped on the barges from the port of Skadovsk in the Kherson region. Border guards deny this information.

As a reminder, permanent campaign to prevent Ukrainian goods to enter Crimea began on September 20 at the initiative of the Crimean Tatar leaders.
