President urges world to unite in fight against terrorism

Poroshenko strongly condemns terrorism in all its forms and manifestations.
KYIV, September 30 / Ukrinform./ The Ukrainian President addressed the UN General Assembly with an offer to carry out preparatory work on the draft of the UN Convention on the Prevention and Combating of Terrorism, which should become one of the top priorities for this 70th Session.

Poroshenko proposed to establish the International Day of Commemoration of Memory of the Victims of Terrorist Acts.
In the course of his speech at the General Debate of the UN General Assembly, the President condemned terrorism in any its manifestations and emphasized that "not by its own free will today Ukraine is one of the areas of fight against terrorist threat".
