Maryna Poroshenko: Ukraine is country of heroes in middle of Europe

President's wife Maryna Poroshenko visited the Ukrainian Museum in New York.
KYIV, September 28 /Ukrinform/. In the framework of the President's visit to the United States, President's wife Maryna Poroshenko visited the biggest center of Ukrainian culture in the U.S. - the Ukrainian Museum in New York.
The press service of the Head of State reported.
Maryna Poroshenko met with families that adopted Ukrainian children. The meeting was attended by 20 children from 12 families that came from different parts of the United States.
"The concept of freedom is the foundation of the United States. Ukraine desperately struggles for freedom today. It is great to know that the desire for freedom of two nations from two continents was combined in your families in such a noble way," she said.
