“We will consider the decree of the President on partial mobilization as one of the first issues tomorrow, and over two days we should approve this decree so that it came into force,” Turchynov said.

He also noted that following the events that took place on Ukraine's east, when international terrorists downed a civilian aircraft, “we, our parliament, have to appeal to all civilized countries with a proposal to unite our efforts in the fight against international terrorism. And just this draft resolution is proposed to be considered one of the first at tomorrow's meeting,” Turchynov said.

The Speaker noted that on Wednesday, important parliamentary hearings will be held on the country's defense capacity. “I address the Cabinet of Ministers, so that the entire force block took an active part in the discussion of this issue on Wednesday,” the Speaker said.

The Conciliation Council started its work with a minute of silence for the dead of downed Boeing.
