KYIV, February 27 /Ukrinform/. The militants who have seized administrative buildings of the Crimean government and the Verkhovna Rada told Crimean Prime Minister Anatoliy Mohyliov that they are not authorized to negotiate, reads a report posted on the official website of the Crimean government.

"At 09-00 in the lobby of the Council of Ministers of Crimea, Chairman of the Council of Ministers of Crimea Anatoliy Mohyliov has met the invaders who captured the Crimean government and Verkhovna Rada buildings. Representatives of the invaders said they are not authorized to negotiate and make demands," the report reads.

Mohyliov left the militants his contacts for further communication and resolving the situation.
