EU unveils complete text of Ukraine-EU association deal

KYIV, January 16 /Ukrinform/. The European Union has published the complete text of the initialled Association Agreement with Ukraine (http://www.eeas.europa.eu/ukraine/assoagreement/assoagreement-2013_en.htm).

The document is available in English on the website of the European External Action Service (EEAS), Ukrinform's Brussels correspondent reported on Wednesday.

European Commissioner for Enlargement and European Neighbourhood Policy Stefan Fule, commenting on the content of the Agreement on Twitter, said: "Complete text of the Association Agreement is published for all to see this beneficial and transparent offer and dispel myths about it."

As Ukrinform reported, in late 2013 Ukraine halted preparations for signing the Association Agreement with the EU, planned for November 29, 2013 at the Vilnius summit.

In December 2013, the two sides resumed high-level dialogue to prepare for the implementation of the agreement after signing it.

On Wednesday, January 15, 2014 Prime Minister Mykola Azarov ordered the working group chaired by Deputy Prime Minister Yuriy Boiko within two months to develop Ukraine's negotiating proposals concerning the conditions of implementation of the Association Agreement.
