Meteorologist shares weather forecast for Ukraine next week
Meteorologist Nataliia Didenko reported this on Facebook, according to Ukrinform.
She noted that an anticyclone will dominate weather conditions in the first half of the week, bringing dry and sunny weather. Only Crimea and the Azov Sea region may see some cloud cover.
On Monday, May 4, nighttime temperatures will range from +5 to +11°C, while in the east and northeast it will be cooler at +1 to +6°C. During the day, temperatures across the country will reach +19 to +24°C, with +23 to +26°C in the west and north. The coolest conditions will be in Crimea and the Azov region, with +9 to +14°C.
In Kyiv, May 4 is expected to be sunny with almost no wind and temperatures around +25°C.
According to Didenko, the first half of the week will be very warm and mostly sunny across Ukraine, with temperatures in some areas rising to +27°C.
Rain is expected on May 6–8 in the western regions, with brief showers and thunderstorms.
As previously reported, over the weekend of May 2–3, daytime temperatures in Ukraine ranged from +11 to +16°C, rising to +17 to +20°C in the Volyn and Rivne regions.
