Naftogaz of Ukraine hands over 65% of shareholdings in oblgazes to SPFU
. NJSC Naftogaz of Ukraine handed over 31 out of 48 shareholdings in gas distribution and gas supplying companies, the sale of which is planned for 2012, the SPFU statement reads, UKRINFORM reports.
“The State Property Fund of Ukraine informs that for now 31 out of 48 shareholdings have been accumulated at his accounts, their transfer to the Fund with the aim of privatization was envisaged by Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 10, 2011, No. 1053,” the statement says.
The start of privatization of state stakes in oblgazes is planned for May 2012.
In total, 48 blocks of stocks from 1% tо 26% of authorized capital are subject to privatization.
In compliance with the monthly schedule for the sale of blocks of shares of gas distribution and gas supplying companies in 2012, it is planned to sell blocks of shares of 16 gas distribution and gas supplying companies in May.
Including, 23.99% of stocks in PJSC Krymgaz, 25.79% of stocks in PJSC Sumygaz, by 25% of stocks in PJSC Zaporozhgaz and PJSC Mykolayivgaz, by 26% of stocks in PJSC Luhanskgaz, PJSC Tysmenytsiagaz, PJSC Dnipropetrovskgaz, PJSC Poltavagaz, OJSC Hadiachgaz and PJSC Kremenchukgaz, 20.83% of stocks in PJSC Khersongaz, 8.24% of stocks in PJSC Kyivoblgaz, 4.97% of stocks in OJSC Odesagaz, 1.62% of stocks in PJSC Makiyivkagaz, 9.91% of stocks in PJSC Kharkivgaz and 17.7% of stocks in PJSC Kharkivgaz.
Privatization of state stakes in oblgazes is planned to be completed in July 2012. NJSC Naftogaz of Ukraine will have 25% + 1 share in privatized enterprises.
