Russian fake: Ukrainian military ordered to mobilize civilian cars in Kherson region

Ukrinform
Propagandists forged a "document" confusing the name of a military unit commander

Recently, a photo of the alleged order of V. Mukhin, the commander of the A7052 military unit [123rd Separate Territorial Defense Brigade] to the brigade’s deputy commander for weapons appeared on Russian Telegram channels. It follows that the military should now use the transport that is on the balance sheet of the military unit only for patrolling or solving urgent tasks. The order states that due to the lack of vehicles, it is necessary to organize the interaction with the heads of Posad-Pokrovske, Shevchenkove, Daryivka, and Oleksandrivka settlements to establish the availability of all-terrain vehicles among the civilian population and to mobilize 75% of them. In addition, the "document" emphasizes that commanders of battalions and separate companies should allegedly encourage personnel to use their own cars for official purposes. This is probably related to the flooding in Kherson region and damage to Ukrainian equipment by the Russians.

This is fake. This order was drawn up contrary to Ukrainian legislation. According to DSTU Ukraine’s state standard 4163:2020 "Unified system of organizational and administrative documentation. Requirements for paperwork", the place of drawing up the document must be indicated on all documents, except for letters. It is absent in the faked one. In addition, the registration index of the document is missing in the order forged by the Russians.

In addition, the fake authors incorrectly indicated the name of the commander of the A7052 military unit. According to data from open sources, R. Tokarenko is the commander of the A7052 military unit.

In a comment to Ukrinform, representatives of the 123rd Separate Territorial Defense Brigade (A7052 military unit) emphasized that this order is fake.

It is not the first time propagandists created fake about the A7052 military unit. At the end of April, journalists of the fact-checking project of the Vox Ukraine independent analytical platform refuted the information that the commander of the 123rd Separate Territorial Defense Brigade allegedly ordered to encourage the personnel to use their own cars for official purposes.

Earlier, Ukrinform debunked the fake order of the National Guard battalion commander to shoot violators at checkpoints.
