Bad weather in Kharkiv region causes six casualties, one killed

In the Kharkiv region, about 30,000 subscribers remain without electricity due to bad weather.

This was reported on Telegram by the head of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration, Oleh Syniehubov, according to Ukrinform.

“About 30,000 subscribers remain without electricity in the Kharkiv region. The State Emergency Service was called in 60 times to deal with the aftermath of the bad weather,” the report said.

Another victim was also reported. In the Shevchenkivskyi district, a 52-year-old man suffered a head injury when a tree fell on his car.

In total, one person died and five were injured as a result of the bad weather in the Kharkiv region.

In Kharkiv, a rotating tower crane fell due to strong winds. In the Kharkiv region, near Pokotylivka station in the direction of Merefa, a tree fell on an electric train.

As reported by Ukrinform, severe weather conditions are raging in the Kharkiv region: a woman was killed and a 7-year-old girl was injured when a tree fell.
