In the village of Snizhkivka, Kharkiv region, a man was injured after stepping on a “petal” mine in the garden.

The State Emergency Service main department in Kharkiv region wrote this on Facebook, Ukrinform reports.

"On April 9, another blast of an explosive object took place in the Izium district. The event took place in the village of Snizhkivka on the territory of a private household. A man, born in 1985, stepped on a ‘petal’ mine in the garden. As a result of the explosion, he received shrapnel wounds of varying severity. He was taken to the city hospital," the report says.

 As reported by Ukrinform, on April 8, a man and a woman stepped on explosive devices in Kharkiv region.
