CEC accredits 127 observers in Ukraine's local elections

The Central Election Commission (CEC) has accredited 127 official observers from foreign states and international organizations in Ukraine's local elections, according to the CEC website.

"Some 127 official observers have been accredited in the local elections: 14 from three foreign states and 113 from five international organizations," the CEC said.

According to the report, at the request of an international organization, the CEC accredited two more official observers from NGO Coordination Resource Center in the midterm elections of a people's deputy of Ukraine on October 25, 2020 in single-member constituency No. 208.

In addition, having considered the relevant requests from two foreign states and an international organization, the CEC accredited eight official observers in the October 25, 2020 local elections, in particular, two from Slovakia, four from Kazakhstan and two from the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights.
