Zelensky says Poroshenko congratulated him on election victory

Presidential candidate Volodymyr Zelensky has said that Petro Poroshenko congratulated him on the victory in the presidential run-off following the announcement of the results of exit polls and offered his assistance, according to an Ukrinform correspondent
"He has just congratulated me, he's very grateful - President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko. He has just congratulated me on my victory. I'm grateful to him. He said that I can count on his assistance at any time. He acknowledged the victory of me and my team. Thank you," Zelensky said.
He added that he will definitely call Poroshenko if help is needed.
"Poroshenko said that he is always ready to help with advice. This is really serious help, and I am ready to turn to Petro Oleksiyovych when I need help. Why not?" Zelensky said.
