CEC transfers over 436,000 ballots to overseas polling stations

The Central Election Commission of Ukraine (CEC) has transferred ballots to the overseas election commissions for voting in the run-off of Ukrainian presidential elections.

"April 15, the Central Election Commission at its meeting transferred the ballots to the overseas precinct election commissions for voting in the run-off of Ukrainian presidential elections in the overseas electoral district through representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine — acting head of the Directorate of General Secretariat Sviatoslav Drach," the CEC’s Secretariat press service reports.

As noted, a total of 436,528 of ballots will be transferred to 101 overseas polling stations.

A relevant protocol of the Central Election Commission was drawn up upon completion of the transfer procedure.

As reported, incumbent Head of State Petro Poroshenko will face showman Volodymyr Zelensky in the run-off of the presidential elections on April 21.
