Implementation of resilience plans estimated at UAH 215 billion – PM Svyrydenko
This was stated by Prime Minister Yuliia Svyrydenko following a meeting of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine dedicated to preparations for the heating season, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
“I will state the overall figure for the resilience plans. It is not small – UAH 215 billion, if we take into account all four components of the resilience plans,” Svyrydenko said.
She noted that the government faces the task of finding funding sources both domestically and through assistance from international partners.
“We hope our partners will be able to help us procure cogeneration equipment and modular boiler plants,” the head of government added.
Responsibility for protecting critical infrastructure facilities will rest with the state.
As previously reported, the National Security and Defense Council approved a comprehensive resilience plan for regions and cities for the 2026–2027 autumn–winter period, which provides for a clear division of responsibilities and oversight of implementation.
