Two injured in Russian strike on gas station in Zaporizhzhia

Russian forces struck a gas station in Zaporizhzhia on Friday, June 5, injuring two people.

Ivan Fedorov, head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration, said this in a post on Telegram, according to Ukrinform.

"A hostile strike on the Kosmichnyi district of Zaporizhzhia," the statement said.

According to Fedorov, the attack hit a gas station.

Preliminary reports indicate that two people were injured. One of the wounded was hospitalized.

Earlier, on June 5, Russian forces also struck a gas station in the Kherson region using a drone, killing one person and injuring 11 others.
