Polish farmers planning to block border crossing with Ukraine at Dolhobychiw–Uhriniv on Jan 23

Polish farmers plan to block traffic in front of the Dolhobychiw–Uhriniv border crossing point on Friday, January 23.

According to Ukrinform, this was reported by the State Customs Service of Ukraine on Telegram.

According to information from the Polish side, farmers plan to begin a protest action in front of the Dolhobychiw–Uhriniv checkpoint on January 23.

The blockage of the road leading to the checkpoint from the adjacent side is expected to last from 11:00 to 15:30 Polish time.

Overall, agricultural producers from the neighboring country have announced that the protest will continue throughout the entire day on January 23.

Customs officials urge travelers to take these circumstances into account and choose alternative border crossing points when planning to cross the border.

As previously reported by Ukrinform, buses operating on routes of up to 400 km will be able to register in the eQueue system to cross the border multiple times per day, in accordance with their actual crossings.
