Verkhovna Rada Chairman Ruslan Stefanchuk has met with Denmark's Minister for Business Morten Bodskov to discuss the reconstruction of Ukraine and investments in the country.

Stefanchuk said this on his Facebook page, according to Ukrinform.

"During the meeting with Danish Minister for Business Morten Bodskov, I focused on the reconstruction of Ukraine and investments in Ukraine. Currently, Denmark is one of the leaders in terms of the amount of financial aid to our country. Despite the war, we have examples of quality Ukrainian-Danish cooperation, particularly the restoration of the water supply in Mykolaiv. Now we can talk about projects of future cooperation on Ukraine's recovery," he wrote.

According to him, Ukraine sees the possibility of investments in the green economy, the development of the IT industry and the security economy, and the priority is ecology and energy efficiency.

"I also hope that Ukraine, as the world's breadbasket, thanks to our colleagues, will be able to recover and offer a very large amount of grain to enter the agricultural markets of the whole world," Stefanchuk added.

Stefanchuk is on an official visit to the Kingdom of Denmark.
