Estonia provides over €500 million aid to Ukraine since beginning of war

Since the first days of the full-scale Russian invasion, Estonia has expressed support for Ukraine and provided assistance worth more than 500 million euros.

The Estonian Foreign Minister Margus Tsahkna said this during a briefing in Odesa, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

Minister said that Estonia had supported Ukraine from the beginning of the war and invested more than 500 million euros.

He also added country will join the reconstruction of Ukraine and supports its way to joining the EU and NATO.

In addition, Margus Tsakhkna emphasized that Estonia supports the establishment of a special international tribunal for Russia.

As reported, Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal expressed gratitude to Estonia for the initiative to provide Ukraine with ammunition at the EU level, and for its involvement in the reconstruction and support for the European and Euro-Atlantic integration of Ukrainians.
