Naftogaz to discuss restructuring of Eurobond obligations with investors

The relevant statement was made by Naftogaz of Ukraine NJSC CEO Oleksiy Chernyshov on Facebook, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

“We continue working on the restructuring of Eurobond obligations. This refers to Eurobonds maturing in 2022 and 2026. This week we are planning to present our proposals developed after previous discussions at an online meeting with investors,” Chernyshov wrote.

In his words, Naftogaz continues working in cooperation with the financial advisory company, Lazard.

“We have to find a solution that will satisfy all participants in the process, both investors and our group of companies, which is holding the country’s energy front amid the war,” Chernyshov added.
