NBU sells $660.6M on interbank foreign exchange market over past week

The National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) sold $660.6 and purchased $4.9 million on the interbank foreign exchange market over the past week.

According to data provided by the central bank, following foreign exchange interventions, between February 13 and February 17, 2023, the National Bank sold $660.63 million on the interbank foreign exchange market and purchased $4.9 million.

Since the start of the year, the National Bank purchased $42.65 million and sold $4.85 billion.

As reported by Ukrinform, the National Bank sold $26.380 billion and EUR 1.789 billion, and purchased $3.267 billion and EUR 110.97 million on the interbank foreign exchange market in 2022.
