One of the reasons is a 4% increase in personal income tax,” Deputy Minister of Communities and Territories Development of Ukraine Vyacheslav Nehoda said at the presentation on the assessment of financial management in 25 communities, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
According to him, the state budget of Ukraine for 2022 stipulates more than UAH 131 billion for the development of territories and community infrastructure.
