President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky named the ongoing infrastructure reform in Ukraine the largest and the most successful one over last 50 years.

"To date, the infrastructure reform is the largest and the most successful one over last 50 years," the President said during a press marathon on November 26, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

According to Zelensky, the infrastructure reform in Ukraine is very successful. This can be measured in kilometers of rebuilt high-quality roads and 150 newly erected bridges. "I also believe that it is important that we launched a state-owned air carrier," the President added.

He noted that the state-owned infrastructure enterprises, including ports and airports, have become profitable in Ukraine.

As reported, the President-initiated Great Construction program was launched in 2020, as part of which large-scale construction of social infrastructure facilities and road network began. In 2021, the repairs of airports and railway infrastructure were launched within the program.

During the forum "Great Construction: Aviation and Tourism" on November 25, Zelensky announced the creation of the Ukranian National Airlines.
