Prime Minister of Ukraine Denys Shmyhal says that the first round of negotiations between the Ukrainian and European sides on accelerating the abolition of customs tariffs in bilateral trade would launch in September.

The statement came following a meeting with European Commission Vice President Valdis Dombrovskis in Kyiv, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

"Ukraine's political and economic integration with the EU is gaining new momentum. In particular, in the context of discussing the revision of the objectives of the Association Agreement and further trade liberalization.
