Ukraine, Kazakhstan intend to strengthen trade, economic cooperation

Minister of Economic Development, Trade, and Agriculture of Ukraine Ihor Petrashko and Kazakh Ambassador to Ukraine Darkhan Kaletayev discussed the strengthening of trade and economic cooperation between the countries.
"On July 20, Minister of Economic Development, Trade, and Agriculture of Ukraine Ihor Petrashko met with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Kazakhstan to Ukraine, Mr. Darkhan Kaletayev, in order to strengthen trade and economic cooperation between the countries," the Economy Ministry’s press service reports.
The parties discussed the possibility of increasing trade, expanding the range of goods, establishing a logistics infrastructure between Ukraine and Kazakhstan.
They also drew attention to the importance of holding a meeting of the Ukrainian-Kazakh Interstate Commission on Economic Cooperation in Kyiv this year.
