Ukraine increases gas reserves in the underground gas storage facilities up to 21.6 billion cubic meters.
"Ukraine has increased gas reserves in the underground gas storage facilities up to 21.6 billion cubic meters, exceeding the last year's figure by 4.5 billion cubic meters. Pumping of gas into the underground gas storage facilities continues," the press service of NJSC "Naftogaz of Ukraine" reports.
The company assures that such volume of gas reserves in the storage facilities is a record high over the past ten years and guarantees a stable heating season.
As reported, NJSC "Naftogaz of Ukraine" planned to pump at least 20 billion cubic meters of gas to ensure stable autumn-winter season of 2019-2020.
