Ukraine's international reserves fell to $19.4 bln in May — NBU

The international reserves of Ukraine as of June 1, 2019 amounted to USD 19.4 billion (in equivalent).

In May, they decreased by 5.5% due to significant amounts of public debt repayments, the press service of the National Bank of Ukraine reported.

"As of June 1, 2019, the international reserves of Ukraine, according to preliminary data, amounted to USD 19.4 billion (in equivalent). In May, they decreased by 5.5% due to significant amounts of public debt repayments," the report says.

As Ukrinform reported, Ukraine’s international reserves as of May 1 amounted to USD 20.5 billion (in equivalent).
