Completion of the procedure for ratifying the EU-Ukraine Association Agreement is only the beginning of the way of changes and reforms that Ukraine must make.

Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman said this at the Cabinet’s meeting on Wednesday, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

"The Association Agreement is just the beginning of the way that we must make within our country: provide the necessary reforms and changes to completely transform our country into a large and successful European country," Groysman said.

He stressed that the Government of Ukraine should focus on "the qualitative implementation of the Association Agreement with the EU."

As noted by the Ukrainian Prime Minister, the European integration means, primarily, powerful economy, strong and independent judiciary, democratic system, fair social policy, quality infrastructure, quality education, access to quality medicine, and so on.

As reported, May 30, the Netherlands became the last European Union member state to ratify the EU-Ukraine Association Agreement.
