Government publishes procedure for transporting goods in Donbas

The corresponding resolution, No.99, as of March 1 "On the approval of a procedure for transporting goods to the area or from the area of conduct of an anti-terrorist operation,” was posted on the official website of the Cabinet of Ministers.

According to the resolution, the procedure defines legal conditions for transporting goods, and applies to individuals and entities that carry out such transportation.

The document includes 43 clauses, which envisage the issues on checkpoints and road corridors; transportation of goods by individuals and business entities; transportation of goods by rail transport; transportation of humanitarian cargo to the temporarily occupied territories, etc.
