NBU declares JSC Fortuna-Bank insolvent

On January 26, 2017, the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine issued a decision declaring JSC Fortuna-Bank insolvent, the NBU press service reports.
The NBU stressed that 91% (2,167 people) of all depositors of JSC Fortuna-Bank will receive their deposits in full, as their size does not exceed the sum guaranteed by the Deposit Guarantee Fund of UAH 200,000. Clients with larger deposits will receive them within the amounts subject to compensation by the Deposit Guarantee Fund.
The Fund will ensure payments of the guaranteed sum of deposits worth about UAH 96 million.
