Crimea interested in cooperation with Chinese Hainan Province - Mohyliov
. The Prime Minister of Crimea, Anatoliy Mohyliov, met Monday with a delegation of the Chinese province of Hainan. The parties agreed on cooperation in tourism and agriculture, the information policy department of Crimea's Council of Ministers reported.
According to the press service of the autonomy's government, "Crimea and the Chinese province of Hainan will develop cooperation in the fields of tourism, agriculture, culture and banking industry."
"Crimea is a dynamically developing region, and we are interested in cooperation with the People's Republic of China. Your economy is one of the most powerful in the world and we are interested in attracting Chinese investment in the Crimea," Crimean Premier Anatoliy Mohyliov said, addressing representatives of China's delegation.
In turn, Vice-Governor of Hainan Province, Chen Cheng said that the main purpose of the Chinese delegation's visit to the Crimea is the development of cooperation and exchange of experience in the tourism sector, examination of the possibility of delivering Crimean wines to China, as well as establishment of cooperation in livestock business, industrial and banking sectors.
Members of the Chinese delegation invited the Crimean leaders on a visit to the province of Hainan to establish close partnerships and encourage the exchange of experience in various sectors of the economy.
