Russia delivers new batches of anti-tank guided missiles, sniper systems to eastern Ukraine

The command of the Russian Armed Forces delivered new batches of weapons and more than 1,400 tonnes of fuel in the temporarily occupied territories of Donetsk and Luhansk regions.

"Over the current month, more than 1,400 tonnes of fuel, as well as new batches of Russian-made weapons and ammunition, including anti-tank guided missiles, sniper systems, anti-tank and anti-personnel mines, have been delivered from the territory of the Russian Federation to the temporarily occupied territory in Donetsk and Luhansk regions through the uncontrolled areas of the state border of Ukraine," Ukraine’s Defense Ministry Spokeswoman Liudmyla Rusetska said at a briefing with reference to the Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine.

In addition, according to Rusetska, self-propelled artillery units were transported to the temporarily occupied territory in Luhansk region after repairs at Russian enterprises.

On July 27, the Ministry of Defense reported that the Russian occupation forces were intensively restoring old firing positions, arranging new ones, and setting up new minefields.
