Between July 27 and November 10, the armed formations of the Russian Federation in Donbas committed 247 armed provocations against the Armed Forces of Ukraine, as a result of which three Ukrainian soldiers were killed and another 10 were wounded.

The Ukrainian delegation to the OSCE said this to foreign diplomats during a meeting of the OSCE Forum for Security Co-operation (FSC) in Vienna on Wednesday, November 11, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

"Despite the noticeable progress in the implementation of the agreement on additional measures to strengthen the ceasefire, reached at the TCG meeting on July 22, 2020, the armed formations of the Russian Federation continue to commit armed provocations. In total, between July 27 and November 10, 2020, positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine were fired on 247 times in more than 40 residential areas of Donetsk and Luhansk regions," the Ukrainian delegation to the OSCE said in a statement.

As a result of the armed provocations by the armed formations, three Ukrainian servicemen were killed and 10 more were wounded.

The Ukrainian side considers such actions of the Russian occupation forces as a gross violation of the Minsk agreements and the ceasefire regime agreed on July 22, as well as "deliberate steps to destabilize the situation in the temporarily occupied areas of Donetsk and Luhansk regions and adjacent territories and to further incite the conflict unleashed by Russia."
