The armed formations of the Russian Federation continue to grossly violate the Minsk agreements, deploying military hardware in violation of withdrawal lines and outside of designated storage sites, the press center of the Joint Forces Operation (JFO) has reported.

According to a report of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission of May 26, on May 25, SMM patrols spotted ten tanks at a training area near Sofiivka (formerly KarloMarksove, 40km north-east of Donetsk). In addition, on May 23, the Mission reported the same violations in a training area near Ternove (57km east of Donetsk), where the patrols recorded a multiple launch rocket system (BM-21 Grad, 122 mm), three self-propelled howitzers (2S1 Gvozdika, 122mm) and seven howitzers (type undetermined).

In addition, 18 tanks of the Russian-occupation troops were spotted outside of designated storage sites.

Members of the armed formations continued to deny the Mission passage at checkpoints along official crossing routes in Donetsk and Luhansk regions, referring to quarantine restrictions due to COVID-19.
