OSCE observers cross through road inside disengagement area near Zolote

The OSCE SMM informed this in a report, based on information received as of 19:30, September 19, 2019.

"The Mission observed demining activities inside the disengagement area near Zolote and was, as a result, able to cross through," the report reads.

Inside the Stanytsia Luhanska disengagement area, the Mission saw workers from government-controlled areas working on the foundations of a bypass bridge east of the broken section of the bridge.

At the same time, restrictions of the Mission’s access continued, including at checkpoints in and near Petrivske and Verkhnoshyrokivske, both in non-government-controlled areas.

In addition, compared with the previous reporting period, the SMM recorded fewer ceasefire violations in Donetsk region, and more ceasefire violations in Luhansk region.
