Ukraine’s Armed Forces searching for ways to reach interoperability with NATO

Ukrinform
Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Viktor Muzhenko and British high-level advisor Sir Nick Parker discussed the aspects of interoperability of the command systems of the Ukrainian Armed Forces and NATO.

"The meeting was dedicated to search for the most optimal ways to bring the command system of the Armed Forces of Ukraine to a level of interoperability with NATO," the press service of the Defence Ministry of Ukraine reports.

The British advisor stressed that the North Atlantic Alliance itself did not have a reference standard for the military administration system. Each of 29 NATO countries has its own unique military administration experience, but none of them has faced such large-scale challenges as Ukraine has experienced over the past 20 years.

Upon the meeting, the parties agreed on further involvement of high-level advisors in the development of a program of phased transformation of the military administration system.
