Militants launched 22 attacks on Ukrainian troops in Donbas in last day

In Luhansk direction, illegal armed formations used infantry weapons and mortars of various types to fire at Ukrainian positions near Luhanske (59km north-east of Donetsk), Lozove(13km west of Donetsk), Novooleksandrivka (65km west of Luhansk), Krymske (42.5km north-west of Luhansk) and Zaitseve (67km north-north-east of Donetsk).

In Donetsk direction, Russian-backed militants launched attacks on Ukrainian strongholds outside Vodiane (16km north-west of Donetsk), using mortars and infantry weapons. The enemy used grenade launchers and heavy machine guns to fire at Ukrainian troops near Berezove (35km south-west of Donetsk) and in the area of Bohdanivka (41km south-west of Donetsk).
