Defense Ministry: Over 120,000 soldiers enlisted for contract military service

Over 120,000 soldiers have concluded enlistment contracts with the Ukrainian Army.
Ukrainian Defense Ministry Spokesperson Maksym Prauta stated this at a press briefing on August 18, an Ukrinform correspondent reported.
“In general, over 120,000 people signed military enlistment contracts with the Ukrainian Armed Forces,” he said.
According to him, over 17,000 people, including 1,200 officers, have recently become contract soldiers.
